Outcome: Karen has helped develop the security framework and requirements summary for the various Federal HR LOB pursuits. 3rd 2010 Award, 8/10, Received a Celebrating Performance Award Factor: Organizes and Directs Complex Work Efforts. Outcome: Karen jumped in with both feet on a relatively short (couple of months) but visible effort to organize and deliver complex government security processes and procedures. Outcome: Karen worked consistently hard to deliver a high quality proposal to agency, despite the obstacles of excessive documentation requirements, changing deadlines, new type of work (and therefore not much material to leverage) and a long production time that required working through the night before delivering the document. Karen's expertise and willingness to work hard, incorporate feedback and take ownership enabled us to deliver this proposal on time and with high quality.
