physical contact.
Schedule Agenda
• 1. September 2016: First transnational meeting in Iceland to
begin the analysis of the first project year: reviewing of
activities, pupils´ groups and works in each school,
registering on e-twinning and signing the agreement.
• 2. October 2016: Creation of power point presentations to
be uploaded on e-twinning, creating a logo. Looking for
information about the countries of the participants. Creating
a European map with the participants. The creation of a
questionnaire to research and compare ways for avoiding
early school leaving and absenteeism.
• 3. November 2016: Poland will present the results of the
questionnaire to each region, and all will put into practice
ways to avoid absenteeism and early school leaving
problems. Each school will create nets and collaborative
atmospheres dedicated to preventing early school leaving
and favouring the inclusion of students in disadvantaged
conditions.
• 4. December 2016: Making and sending Christmas cards.
Exchanging and discussing materials on e-twinning.
• 5. January 2017: Germany will create a questionnaire to
research and compare more efficient ways of management
in relation to the organization of resources to meet the
needs of those students in disadvantaged situations. Iceland
will begin the creation of the bank resource of activities to
help those students with difficulties in learning.

• 6. February 2017: Putting into practice the activities in
the resource bank to research the different methods
provided by the different countries and share the
conclusions of the research which Poland will
summarize.
• 7. March 2017: First meeting with students in Poland for
an exchange of good practices where students will show
and share the results of all the work done since the
project began and the elaboration of activities which
reinforce the cooperation among the six countries for
the exchange of good practices.
• 8. April 2017: The creation and sharing of activities
which foster the inclusion of those immigrants or
refugees. Starting cooperation activities with local
authorities by meetings to make them know the
situation of schools in relation with these students in
disadvantaged situations and get some contribution.
• 9. May 2017: Each country’s contribution to the
resource bank on learning activities to help immigrants
and/or refugees. Greece will create films related to the
first year of the project and will upload it to any cloud to
be shared by all partners. To begin to fill in the
intermediate report, to analyse the weak and strong
points of the first year of the project and to suggest
improvement measures for the next year.
• 10. June 2017: Begin with intermediate report, begin
the upload of results on the European blog and check
that everything is uploaded on e-twinning.

• 12. August 2017: Check that all results are
uploaded
• 13. September 2017: Second transnational
meeting in Finland to review the intermediate
report and begin the procedures of the second
year project.
• 14. October 2017: Presentations on discussions
about bullying in the six countries and the effects
they have on them. Finland will show how they
work with Kiva so that the other countries can
follow the example.
• 15. November 2017: Second meeting with
students in Germany. The creation of a
committee of students and teachers who will
follow the Kiva procedure to combat bullying.
• 16. December 2017: Making and sending
Christmas cards. Exchanging and discussing
materials on e-twinning.
• 17. January 2018: Cooperative workshops, along
with the town council and psychologists, where
students will present their conclusions and some
suggestions to promote a more ethical
community.

presented at school and at primary schools where
students will show how to act morally and to promote a
respectful way of life towards others.
• 19. March 2018:Third meeting (Spain) with students for
an exchange of good practices where students will show
and share the results of all the work done up to then
and the continuation of activities which reinforce the
cooperation among the six countries for the exchange of
good practices.
• 20. April 2018: Finland will design of a Do’s and Don’ts
Decalogue on ethical and moral habits so that students
understand that nobody should be discriminated for any
reason. The celebration of open doors meetings for
parents
• 21. May 2018: Greece will present the second year
videos. Germany will create a questionnaire to verify,
check and assess the project results by comparing the
initial point and last point. Poland will give the results of
this questionnaire. Third transnational meeting in
Greece. Beginning with the final report.
• 22. June 2018: Begin filling in the final report, everybody
will begin the upload the results on the European blog
and will begin to check that everything is uploaded on e-
twinning.
• 23. July 2018: Continue final report.
