Author Mentioning Network Visual
The Network Analysis shows the author mentioning relationship in both traditional media articles and tweets.
The direction of the arrow shows who mentioned whom.
The thickness of the arrows indicates how many times the individual was mentioned in the tweets by the source author.
Node size refers to how frequently the author is mentioned in articles/tweets by other authors within the database. The larger the size of the node, the more frequently the individual is mentioned by other authors.
Node color refers to the number of authors mentioned in the article/tweets by the individual. The darker the color of the node, the more people are mentioned in the individual’s articles/tweets
Author Retweeting Network Visual
This network shows the author retweeting relationship
The link is directed and pointed from retweeting/replying author to retweeted/replied author.
Link thickness shows the frequency of retweeting/replying.
Node size refers to how many times the author is retweeted or replied by other authors. The larger the size of the node, the more frequently the individual is retweeted by other authors.
Node color refers to how many times the author retweeted or replied to other people’s tweets. The darker the color, the more retweets/replies from the author.
