your team benefit from Microsoft Teams.
4. 1. Integrate apps
• Allows users to integrate several
useful third-party apps for a more
personalized user experience
• Marketing automation platform like
MailChimp: Whenever a campaign is
sent via MailChimp, notifications will
be sent to the associated Teams
channel
• Outlook: schedule virtual meeting via
Teams directly from Outlook
• Sharepoint: sharing files from your
computer or OneDrive

screen and file sharing
• Make sure everyone is looking at the
same thing or working on the same
thing

others!)
• Reduce background noise affecting
the audio for other participants
• By muting yourself when joining the
meeting (muting somebody else if
they forget to do it themselves)
• TIP: if you are running large team
meeting, collect questions from
attendees through the chat function;
whil presenter can read out the

• Having FOMO? It’s possible you
forgot to activate notifications from
Teams chat.
• By default Teams will have
notifications from Channels
deactivated.

• Tag a specific person in a conversion
– Targeted message
– Reduce time for others having to read
every single message

or Planner
• OneNote allows you to add a shared
notebook to your Teams channel. To

• You can also add a Planner for better
task and project management
integrated to Microsoft Teams.

• Busy? Want to focus on delivering
work for the next few hours? Change
your status to Busy or Do not Disturb
and let your colleagues know that it’s
best not to bother you at the moment.

• Give a like or a heart to other people’s
comments and show your colleagues
that you agree with their idea instead
of sending whole new message to
agree

• Reply or take calls on the go.
• Use blurred background to protect
