ESH Trace Heating Ltd manufactures an extensive
range of heaters for use with steel drums and
intermediate bulk containers (IBC).
The use of these heaters offer a simple but effective
product maintenance and frost protection solution to
companies utilising drums and containers for storage
and distribution of product.
All our manufactured heating jackets are constructed
using high quality industrial fabrics and materials
which offer a robust and quality product.

Our jackets are fitted with
adjustable capillary thermostats
which allow the operator to set
and view the required
temperature. Temperature range
0-90°C.
Available for 6L, 12L, 30L, 60L,
120L & 210L steel tighthead
drums as standard (other sizes
available on request).

4. IBC insulated heating jackets…
Our range of IBC heating jackets offer simple but
effective product maintenance and frost protection
solutions to companies utilising IBC’s.
Designed to fit standard 1000ltr IBC’s, our heating
jackets are easy to fit, easy to use and require little
our no maintenance.
Our jackets are fitted with adjustable capillary
thermostats which allow the operator to set and
view the required temperature. Temperature range
0-90°C.

5. Silicone drum heaters…
Flexible laminated silicone drum heater designed for use
on standard 200ltr / 40 gallon drums.
Designed to be utilised singularly or in multiple units up to
a maximum of three which can be used to give quicker
warm up times and higher product maintain temperatures.
The HSSD is specifically designed for the melting or
reducing the viscosity of soaps, fats, varnishes and oil
based type products. It can be used in conjunction with
the HBD base drum heater and insulation jackets to
increase product heat up times and efficiently maintain
temperatures.

6. Metal clad drum heater…
A double skinned galvanised mild steel drum heater for
use with standard 200 litre / 45 gallon capacity storage
drum having two rolling rings.
Hinged construction with toggle fasteners. Thermally
insulated to 50mm thick mineral wool fibre insulation.
Variable temperature control 35°C to 210°C.
Power output: 2000W – 240V & 2000W – 110V.
