FIVE ZONE TUBE FURNACE
Five-zone split tube furnace with separated temperature control unit and max working
temperature of 1100oC. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and sintering sample in
various atmospheres.
Weiber Five Zone Tube Furnace comes with separated temperature control unit and max working
temperature of 1100oC. The techniques and processes are used worldwide for a wide range of
ceramic and metal materials at various stages during conversion from raw materials to finished
product.
Weiber manufactures five zone tube furnaces in different variations for applications in research and
production. The furnace can accept various processing tube from 1" to 5" with min. 1400mm length.
Five 30-segement programmable digital temperature Controllers are integrated in a separated unit
with connection ports to power and thermal couple.
Five Zone Tube Furnace is designed to conduct syntheses and purifications of inorganic
compounds and occasionally in organic synthesis. A furnace is an industrial furnace used for many
things, such as the extraction of metal from ore (smelting) or in oil refineries and other chemical
plants, for example as the heat source for fractional distillation columns. This five zone furnace can
create step thermal gradient or one constant temperature zone up to 25" length by adjusting five
zone temperatures.
Five Zone Tube furnace offers wider application in Sintering or Roasting or Forging or calcining,
Gravimetric analysis, Quantitative analysis, Heat treating or Preheating, Stress Relieving,

Five Zones Split Tube Furnace is furnace which can achieve
faster heating up to 1200oC and create smooth thermal gradient
or one uniform constant temperature zone by adjust four zone
temperature. The furnace includes fused quartz tube, one pair of
vacuum sealing flanges with pressure gauge & ball valve for
immediate use. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing
and sintering sample in various atmospheres.

Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID control provides
excellent control without overshooting and ± 1 o C accuracy.
It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and

Power cord and quartz tube and stainless steel sealing
flange with gauge/valve are included for immediate use.
