Role:
 Accountable for posting of entries in Tally ERP system on the basis of vouchers. Statutory
payments on timely basis such as TDS,VAT,WCT,S.T.,PF & PT.
 Generated S.T.,VAT declarations & TDS certificates ,WCT Certificates & got it duly signed &
dispatched the same as per the requirement & due dates to vendors. Also made statutory
payments before due dates on monthly basis or as per requirement.
 Ensured Utility bills generating on timely basis & getting approved the same from concerned
authority to make timely payments & avoid late payments.
 Vendors bills passing & payments of the same of all vendor towards agreed terms mentioned in
W.O. or P.O. or as per proper supporting & approval for the same.
 Scrutinized petty cash vouchers and made timely payments by preparing statement for the same.
 Reconciled employee accounts, vendor accounts & employee advances, etc
 Performed checker level verification & query responses for all payables.
 Ensured cheques are accounted & deposited within 24 hours of receipt..
