This rubric evaluates 6th grade research paper presentations on four criteria: delivery, content/organization, enthusiasm/audience awareness, and a 4-3-2-1 scoring system. For delivery, an excellent score is given for maintaining eye contact and using an engaging tone. A good score requires mostly eye contact and satisfactory variation. A fair score has minimal eye contact while reading notes. For content, an excellent score shows full knowledge and clear structure. A good score requires ease in answering questions and somewhat clear purpose. A fair score struggles to answer questions and provide weak support. For enthusiasm, an excellent score demonstrates strong enthusiasm and increases understanding, while a fair score shows little feelings about the topic.
