  • 4. Conjugación tercera persona (he-she-it)  En general se agrega solo la –s. (Pablo repairs electric motors.)  Cuando los verbos terminan en –sh, -ch, -x, -s, -o o –z se agrega –es. (John fixes cars in the garage.)  Cuando los verbos terminan en consonante + y, se cambia la y por i y se agrega –es. ( Kate studies French) (study)  El verbo have también agrega –s pero omitiendo la terminación -ve

  • 9. Estructura negativa Utilizamos auxiliares (do- does) para formar oraciones negativas. Estas palabras no tienen traducción al español porque solamente indican el tiempo verbal. I/we/you/they don´t eat. He/she/it doesn´t study. El verbo no lleva la terminación –s ( -s, es, ies) sino que queda en infinitivo, verbo base.
