2. • The target audience of many thrillers is usually 18+. This is because
they often include violence and strong psychological issues and mental
illness that can be disturbing for younger audiences - especially in
psychological thrillers.
• Cross genres like Action thrillers which are less intellectually
demanding attract a younger audience (teens) because they want
instantaneous excitement.
• Psychological thrillers are more intellectually demanding and have a
deeper meaning, therefore the target audience is about 25-45 years old.

3. • Our target audience is 15+ both males and females.
• Our Thriller opening will probably have a rating of 12/15 as
it will feature violence, psychological issues and death but not
in a graphic way.
