Gear systems, geared drive units, speci-
fic parts: all our production is made in
our Madrid factory, in Europe, in accor-
dance with ISO standard 9001.
OUR EXPERTISE
AND PRODUCTION FACILITIES
We have a production floor area of
2000 m². Every year, we produce more
than 70,000 gear systems.
Our core skill is the design and manu-
facture of gear systems, cut by genera-
tion, from module 0.3 to 1.5.This ensures
a high level of quality and provides full
control over the entire production pro-
cess.

Kelvin can supply world-wide, and its in-

requirements. Thus, our gearboxes and
motors outlast those of most of our com-
petitors. The risk of failure is reduced to

MEASURING METHODS
AND INSTRUMENTS
Quality control is present throughout the
design, acceptance, production and deli-
very phases.
We have the specific inspection instru-
ments required for each phase: measure-
ment of three-dimensional coordinates
(Mitutoyo), contour projector (Nikon),
sound level meter (Cesva), hardness
measurement (Crysa) and stereo-micros-
cope (Leica).
MULTI-SECTOR EXPERTISE
Our experience covers many sectors:
industry, electricity generation, hotels,
defence, rail, industrial machines, home
automation, etc.

PRECISE TECHNICAL ASSEMBLY
Our technicians and operators are spe-
cialized in the integration of elec-
tronic and mechanical components:
screwing, drilling, pinning, wiring and
RoHs welding, custom shaft lengths,
cogs and wheels, electronics integration,
specific degreasing processes and bon-
ding.
Each individual component assembly
is subject to a variety of tests and pac-
kaged to a high standard, in the cus-
tomer’s packs.
SUB-CONTRACTED PRODUCTION
FOR GREATER FLEXIBILITY
We can also produce specific parts by de-
legation.
Our specialities include turning, mil-
ling, gear cutting, punching and other
related technologies.
