There were a lot of mixed reviews on the amendment because it was terrible for some communities to accept that black people will now be equal to them. If we see the circumstances in the world, we will come to know that there is an extreme need to eradicate the concept of racism from the world. Black people should be accepted and should be given their rights. There are a lot of heroes who have laid down their lives in the struggle to see equality in different races. The differentiation is not only made by the Americans, but it has been seen in many other countries where the poor and lower casts are looked upon by others. The world needs to understand that everyone is important, everyone is equal, and all of us got equal chances to make the progress and to move ahead in life. This issue is important to me because being the student and being the responsible citizen, it is my part of my duty that I must remind the people that every one of you is important, and the concept of racism has got no value now.
