2. Ingredients:
2 carrots, 2 turnips, 1 head of leek
(onions), 1 small vegetable marrow, 1
potato, 100gr peas,1 celery, 1
segment of garlic, 20 g of butter, some
salt and pepper, 1 litre of water, some
parsley.
3. How to cook
Peel all vegetables and cut into slices.
Melt butter in a pan, put all vegetables.
Fry on small fire, stirring slowly for 4-5
minutes.
Add salt, pepper and pour in 1 liter of
boiled water. Keep on the stove for 25
minutes.
Crush parsley and add it to soup just
before serving.
Add a tablespoon of cream.
