Gazpacho

  1. 1. GAZPACHO
  2. 2. INGREDIENTS 5 tomatoes 1 cucumber 1 green pepper 1 clove of garlic
  3. 3. olive oil water salt vinegar
  4. 4. HOW TO COOK
  5. 5. 1.- Wash the vegetables. Chop, and put them in a bowl.
  6. 6. 2.- Peel and cut the tomatoes.
  7. 7. 3.- Put the ingredients in the blend. Add olive oil ( ½ cup ) and beat until you have a puree. Then, add water, salt and vinegar beat until you have a soup.
