Horror is a genre often based around scaring and shocking viewers. It people
to feel disgust and fear. It is usually very intense in the way it does so. They
focus around paranormal, murderers, suspense and often psychological issues.
3. PROPS, LOCATION AND COSTUME
Props used may be things such as rope, chains, weapons, prosthetic limbs and
fake blood. They add a more gory effect to the movies and often look very
realistic.
The locations are very important, as they provide the main setting of the
movies. Common locations may be abandoned buildings or forests as they are
all very eerie places you could imagine something horrific happening.
Costumes may be things such as ripped clothes or dark material.
