Editor's Notes
As the video mentioned, our brains are more activated, when we are active

A simple picture that speaks volumes! Why does my 3rd grader get a note home the night before standardized tests reminding us (parents) to:
-get a good night sleep
-eat a healthy breakfast (w/protein)
-drink water & send a water bottle in with your child
-wear comfy clothes as kids will be engaging in a 10 minute walk prior to the test
-chew gum
Are we only concerned about best practices for learning on test days????
