Role: HQ Project Manager and Project Process Specialist. Responsible for all migrations and HW
deployments within three HQ establishments and for the creation of low and high level processes,
documentation, templates and tooling for the project as a whole.
Description: Responsible for the end to end delivery of migration services and HW upgrade deployments for
HMPS HQ. Developed processes, templates, data repositories and interactive tooling to allow the smooth

• Reconciliation of invoicing inherited from 5 consecutive RPMs. 2 months effort.
• Asset reconciliation & Phase 1 HW Deployment sign off.
• Development of interface tool to assist recording of deployed/swapped assets
• Management of 12 build engineers based on site at client BCM—Business Continuity Centre— facility
• Management of 14 deployment engineers operating within the London estate and RBOs
• Management of 4 PMO administrators.
• Managed the scheduling of user upgrades in tandem with HP PMO
• Liaised with client LOB Managers and Technical Leads to discuss demand/volumes and coordinate
