• This is website should be a information center of
Professor Muhammad Yunus, his history, life’s work,
daily activities, press, media, galleries and all other
personal and official information that the user would
like to know.
• This website should also be a hub of the philosophy
of Social Businesses.

• In this website the users will be able to watch and
hear his speech, interview from the video gallery.
They could also browse through a huge archive of
picture gallery.
• This website should be able to attract a lot of youth,
community workers, businessmen, philosophers, any
one who is interest in Professor Yunus’s Work and his
initiative of Social Business. Here the users can
interact with each other and put comments in the
blog.

suggest to few changes in the look and content of the

For the blog, we could suggest Professor Yunus to
provide blog site with his own post, where
different users can come in and put their
comments about his thought. For that the website
will need a full time moderator for the all the post
that will be coming in. The moderator could also
do a multi-tasking of updating the website.

7. How to go forward:
One suggested option to develop and to give a new look to this
website would be to have a inter-university website design
competition for the only Nobel Peace Laureate of this region.
If the young students design this website, not only they will think
out of the box, they can also give a young perspective to a website,
so that we can attract a lot of young people to the site. They will be
highly motivated to make something so important for a person of
Professor Yunus’s Stature.
Competitions are always healthy and it brings out the best in
people. And we can also hope the students can give best idea for
this website.

8. Inter-university
website design competition for
Professor Yunus
We would inviting several universities in Dhaka to participate it this
competition. We will mainly concentrating on the universities with the best
computer science department as website design is very much a computer based
technical subject.
