9. SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

community and other stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three
consecutive school years.

13. CONCLUDING STATEMENT
The role of planning in the School Improvement process is to guide
and ensure that the change we want for our school/organization will
be realized and effectively create a situation what we really wanted.
Planning the School Improvement process is helpful to prepare the
people involve in the team/in the organization to act according to
the Department vision, mission and goals. Most of all, it will make
things easier for the participant (teacher/principal) to
perform/implement the task needed to improve the educational
process for the sake of the most important subject in our
department, our learners.
