DEFINITION
Business ethics are a set of moral standards or guiding principles for the conduct and decision making of employees and managers. In a business
environment, ethics are a key factor in responsible decision making.
Any organisation needs to be constantly alert to the challenges of operating ethically. It needs to develop ethical practices and principles that are
supported and adopted throughout the business and to work in partnership with the many industry and international bodies seeking to secure ethical
practices and protect the rights of employees.

Ethics also means, then, that there is a continuous effort of studying as it relates to our own moral beliefs and our moral conduct, and that in striving to
ensure that we, live up to principles that are sound.
The standards of ethical and moral behavior come from the understanding that we are unique beings. These standards are the innate means of justifying
the decisions and actions that are believed to be right, fair, proper, wrong, unfair and improper. We are all unique individuals who depend on others for
much of our human experience, particularly our social communications with others. When the guidelines for moral behavior are determined by our
societal structure, then some of the social and ethical dilemmas will be handled differently and will be better equipped and mindful in our

Then methodology of research which is consists of interview data is described. Lastly, result and limitation of the research are discussed. Before the
interview feedback is discussed, the some concepts are explained in the form of framework discussion. We serve the previous research as reference of
interpretation in our finding. A lot of publish articles look potential in assisting this project paper.
3. Literature Review
Before the results of the investigation are discussed, some concepts are explained that form the framework of the discussion. Some previous studies
may serve as reference material in the interpretation of the findings. This section gives an overview of relevant literature on the topic of how cultural
values plays it role in business ethics as the case in ICT companies. Lots of works was published on the potential usefulness and development of
cultural values. However few sources can be found that tackle this topic in the ICT domain.
Based on 15 articles that we have reviewed we have found out several patterns that can be further discussed throughout this study. Among the issue
highlighted by those literatures is the influence of company culture with the company performance in terms of customer satisfaction and preferences.

of two people. It is either a loved one, which it would be best for the hero's personal interests, or a fellow superhero, which will be best in the interest

Among the major business ethics related theories there is Friedman's, developed in the 1970s in the US (Harrison, 2010, pp. 186–187). The following
quote from Friedman's thesis, sums up his general view of the social responsibility businesses have in society: "There is one and only one social
responsibility of business – to use its resources (...) to increase its profits so long as it stays within the rules of the game, (...) engages in open and free
competition without deception or fraud." (Horrigan, 2010, p.92) Friedman's thesis was simple and is still relevant to today, simply that businesses
