power of video technology.

2. Children are our future, no matter where they’re from. Their awareness of
the world is limited by the borders they are taught within. The earlier they
are connected with one another, the better.
problem
3. An application that allows schools and children from the otherside of
the world to connect and learn about eachothers cultures. It is a virtual,
international penpal device. Children send eachother video questions
and answers to learn about eachothers cultures.
solution
4. The app will be a one time download of $10 per student that will be
included in participating classroom school fees. We will also be given a
grant by the Australian Government in hope to make Australian classrooms
more international.
$business model
5. • Connecting classrooms from all over the world
• Connecting children of similar ages
• Map layout
• Quick and easy click and record of question
• Questions put into categories
• Cultural questions and infographics
• Simple eye catching graphic design
• Instant response, unlike traditional penpal where
you have to wait weeks even months for response
unique value proposition
11. The application will pair up with schools from Sydney and Microsoft
wonders to do test run of the program. Using the footage from the
questions and answers by the students we will create a marketing video
which we will then propose to the educational section of the Australian
government and schools around Australia.
Marketing plan
12. Marketing plan - for the kids
To get the kids involved, VP will create a paper plane template with the
colours and information about Virtual Penpal on it. This will be delivered
to schools around NSW. The children will be encouraged to upload their
paper plane story onto VP.
