How to Sign Up for Technical Assistance (424) 286 2300 | www.dincloud.com 1. Open the website support.dincloud.com using any browser. 2. Click on the Sign In tab on the top right corner. 3. You will be presented with the window below.
(424) 286 2300 | www.dincloud.com 4. If you are a new user, click on Sign Up and fill in the form below. 5. Once successfully completed, you will be presented with the Sign-Up Complete message.
(424) 286 2300 | www.dincloud.com 6. Go to your mail box and check for an email from dinCloud. 7. Once you click on the verification link, you will be prompted to set a password.

After setting up the password, you will be logged in and presented with the below screen where you can submit a request and can view your activities. If you are having difficulties signing up with our new ticketing system, kindly contact us at support@dincloud.com or give us a call at 424-286-2300 option 2.
