Step 1: Open your internet browser
Step 2: Navigate to http://kier-incident.econtrack.co.uk
Step 3: Click APR
Step 4: Click Senior Team Visit Reports
Step 5: Click Director & Site Manager Site Inspection
Step 6: Choose your criteria from the list;
COMPANY: Click & choose the company name
PROJECT: Click & choose the project name
INM/ Insp Date: Choose the date you are inspecting
Step 6: Click “Start Create New” icon

the calendar.

22. Finishing an Audit/ Inspection
Step 1: Click Finish icon on scoring page
Step 2: Nominate a Closer by typing the surname of the person, then clicking
on the record so that it populates the closure field
Step 3: Click “Nominate this closer” button. This will prepare to generate an
email to the nominated closer so they can review and close.

23. Finishing an Audit/ Inspection
Step 4: To End an Assessment, click the “I Have Finished” icon. This will
change the scorecard status to “Complete”
Please note scorecard CLOSURE is a separate process

BACK TO START– Clicking back to start jumps to the start of the wizard
SUMMARY – shows status of scoring, score and if any comments entered
NOTES – Allows you to enter overall inspection notes
EMAIL – Send PDF print to recipients of your choosing and Closure Request
PDF PRINT – Print a copy of the report

email back to all parties with your comments at closure included

your account via your machine when
unattended.
