1. How has the quality of life in Switzerland
and in Spain changed in the past years?
Throughout many years the personal income of Switzerland and Spain has changed
a lot. As we get to the more modern days like 2000
we can see how Switzerland starts to shoot up, as
their income is very high. On the other side Spain
starts to go down badly as there income is not high,
and there economy is close to corrupt. In 2012
Switzerland income per person was 51 percent and
in Spain it was about 31 percent per year. This
shows struggles for Spain in the quality of their life.
Lots of people in Spain have lost a lot of money
over the past few years or some of them don’t even
have jobs. Since Spain had a population of 47
million and Switzerland only has a population of
7.73 million there income is hugely effected. Switzerland's life qualities are
successful as their income is way higher than Spain's.
Another way their quality of life has changed in the past years, is their life
expectancy. As we see there were
some major drop downs, for example
in 1918 which was in WWI there life
expectancy both dropped. Spains
dropped to 30 and Switzerlands
dropped to 46. Lots of years later
starting in 1960's they both began to
rise a lot all the way till 2013. This
proved that there quality of life was
safe and there medicines were very
efficient. As Spain and Switzerland
are known to have some of the best
doctors and hospitals. We could see
that there life expectancy were both
about the same, with Switzerlands being 83 and Spains being 82.
2. The last way their quality of life changed was; by employment. Switzerland
shows a steady employment as there
percentage in 2007 was 64 percent. This
shows that there quality of life was very good.
We can see that most people in Switzerland
have more than enough money to live an
efficient life. On the other hand Spain shows a
bad quality of life with employment
percentages. In 2007 spains employment
percentage was 53 percent. There are
lots of people in Spain without jobs and these
facts show the truth. Because as we see
Switzerland was always very steady but
Spains proggression was really bad, as it did not rise enough.
As a result I think that if we compare Switzerland and Spain to show a better
quality of life Switzerland definitely, would have more votes because of the many
great factors it has.
