entire world it is 1 meter long and 50 cm wide.
It is the King of the insects. A Bigapede lives
high up in the mountains of Skidamainia. One of
the Bigapede’s weakness is that it is as slow as a
turtle. This insect eats sun flowers during the
whole summer, and in winter it feeds itself on
the food it stored during the summer. The
Bigapede is the symbol of the
mountains, because it shows strength and
endurance by surviving the coldest winters. It is
only found in Skidamainia, he makes the
country special and popular. The Bigapede can
live up to 23 years which is a lot for an insect.
There are only 30 Bigapedes in the country, but
with the respect of our country we try to keep
them safe.
