1.2 Students have to ensure timely submission of the final report (in the Administrative Office of

prescribed timelines in order to avoid last minute hassles.
2 Wherever projects are accomplished in groups, the whole group will make a common hard-bound

soft-copy (in PDF format).
3 Students who have started with incubation projects but later on got placed and joined their
respective companies. But still are working on projects in incubation they will be submitted the project
reports along with their incubation groups.
4 Only after recommendation of the internal mentor, the A.O. Officer will be able to accept the Hard-

5 For students working in groups, any one member of the group can make the submission and it will be
considered for all. Whereas, supervisor needs to recommend the uploaded soft-copy via UMS interface

6 While taking the submission of hardcopy of project report the AOs must write the E-Receipt Number,
sign and put their UID along with the University stamp on hardcopy brought by the student.
7 Signed and stamped copy of the report should be returned to the student and the same is to be
brought by the student at the time of ETP viva.
8 Students have to attach the original documents that they have sent to their internal mentors via
email in the final report duly singed, dated and stamped (confirmation letter, joining report, synopsis,
monthly attendance, monthly grading, progress reports, Final CA by external mentor, NDC [Non-
Disclosure Certificate] in case company is not allowing project details to be shared etc.) from competent
authority from the industry.
9 Students have to attach the CA from external mentor in original duly signed, dated and stamped
