E-CRM and SocMedBehind the Scene  Currently, brand and human (we) have a similar habit in Social Media, we as a prosumer who could be called non-brand also began to share personal data in Internet data like a brand that wants to sell products to the market, we can share content that we make through social media can then be enjoyed by all people from different world and begin to share the status and many things like brand did, , Brand must adjust their marketing to the condition of the consumer who already "level up" to prosumer, where if there is little error in the product, the brand is no longer able to define that it was the most perfect because it was strong criticism from its customers will shake the brand,,
