  biggest	
  challenge	
  is	
  translating	
  business	
  owners’	
  goals	
  in	
  the	
  social	
  media	
  space	
  and	
  modifying	
  it.	
  Many	
  times	
  I	
  
experience	
  business	
  owners	
  who	
  want	
  to	
  have	
  as	
  many	
  followers	
  as	
  AT&T	
  or	
  Beyoncé	
  and	
  Jay-­‐Z.	
  And	
  	
  have	
  to	
  explain	
  
the	
  degree	
  of	
  variables	
  in	
  their	
  goals	
  for	
  the	
  objective	
  to	
  be	
  realistic	
  and	
  achievable.	
  	
  
	
  
Another	
  challenge	
  I	
  face	
  is	
  budgets.	
  Some	
  businesses	
  want	
  to	
  rank	
  high	
  on	
  various	
  SE’s	
  (Search	
  Engines–	
  Google,	
  Bing,	
  
Yahoo)	
  but	
  fail	
  to	
  understand	
  that	
  a	
  high	
  ranking	
  is	
  not	
  possible	
  without	
  content,	
  and	
  an	
  SEO	
  marketing	
  budget	
  for	
  a	
  
strategic	
  campaign,	
  banner	
  ads,	
  Google	
  Ads,	
  etc.	
  	
  
	
  
I	
  overcome	
  these	
  obstacles	
  by	
  carefully	
  explaining	
  how	
  the	
  process	
  works	
  and	
  ascertaining	
  their	
  goals	
  from	
  top	
  
priorities	
  to	
  lesser

  that	
  was	
  unfortunately	
  hacked,	
  I	
  haven't	
  been	
  able	
  to	
  
retrieve	
  it	
  through	
  twitter	
  support.
