Good afternoon sir, my name is Lenny and today My team and I am honoured to be here to make a presentation to the ARO on the project we are currently undergoing. A single-storey dwelling unit for a family of 2 demonstrating and featuring; Innovative architectural design Inventive clean renewable energy solutions Fully Solar-powered capability Energy-efficient + cost effective construction Energy-saving appliances “ Live” LAB for students’ learning and staff experimentation
Spatial Requirements: Living area to accommodate seating for 2 Bedroom to accommodate a Queen sized bed (minimum) Toilet with minimum basin, WC & standing shower area Dining area to comfortably seat 6 (minimum) Laundry area to house 1 washing machine and 1 dryer Kitchen area General storage
