3. According to Mr. Mahesh, “Ethics is something within an individual. It
cannot be taught. An individual should understand the importance of any
data & should keep it confidential.”
Mr. Rajendra said that ethics is doing thing right or wrong. Any organization should
follow minimum wages act. As a payroll processor, one needs to be very ethical.
Mr Dilip said “For payroll to survive confidentiality is a must”. Ethics is like
DNA.
