This document describes the project of Darshan N. Shah to recognize static and dynamic identities. It discusses the differences between static identities, which are based on past achievements, and dynamic identities, which are based on potential and taking responsibility. As an example of a dynamic identity, it profiles Bipinbhai, who founded educational and scientific organizations in Bhavnagar despite having a high-paying job, in order to contribute to society. It emphasizes that dynamic individuals pursue their passions and do innovative work.

4.  He is retired scientist at C.S.M.C.R.I
 He is founder of the VIKAS VARTUL
TRUST.
 He has also founded the SCIENCE
CITY in bhavnagar.
 He work as trusty in Blood Bank.

5.  Bipinbhai was born on March 3rd ,1952 in Bhavnagar.
 He has complited his B.E. degree in chemical
engineering in D.D.I.T. Nadiad.
 He has worked in the well known C.S.M.C.R.I as a
scientist and now he is enjoying his retired life.
 He has founded VIKAS VARTUL TRUST in his
hometown Bhavnagar.
 VIKAS VARTUL TRUST is well known NGO in
Bhavnagar. It was founded on May 8,1979.

6.  VIKAS VARTUL trust has been providing various basic
education to student for last 20 years.
 Thousands of student have taken advantage of this
activity.
 It publishes the well-known children magazine
DHINGAMASTI.
• Bipinbhai writes story in DHINGAMASTI himself. The
trust also provides the science kit which contains some
inovative toys for children.

8.  Bipinbhai has also founded THE SCIENCE CITY in
Bhavnagar at Mahila Collage.
 The science city helds many creative activities for
children like “patang mahotsav”, “buddhi kasoti” in
which children from various age group can
participate and show their talent.
 It also have book library and video library for
children.
 In science city there are various departments like
physics,chemestry,maths. Children can learn many
innovative things from there.

9.  Bipinbhai has job whith high sellary. He can easily
spend his life in ease and facilities. But he never
leaves his passion for doing something for society
which makes him a dynamic personality. He has
future plans for providing education to slum area
childrens.
 His message to youth is “Never leave your passion
and always try to do something innovative.”

10. What did I learn from the case of Dynamic
Identities.?
•Don’t run just after qualification, but make an
attitude to work it with another way.
•Take responsibility for what you work.
•Always learn different things from everyone.
