without buying an expensive equipment, (for exemple: bike, aerobic), taking part and encouraging local people to sports
events.

 I would arrange a school project where Students and their grandparents would be involved in “mixed aged” competitions..
They should compete in different activities / sports, both old and new sports/hobbies. They should be each others’
teachers in order to share knowledge and create a bridge between two apparently distant generations.

They should compete in different activities / sports, both old and new sports/hobbies. They should be each others’ teachers in order to share knowledge and create a bridge between two apparently distant generations.
