YOUR SCHOOL?
All the teachers worked
in cooperation on the

teacher, has been
cooperating with all
branches in technology
and smart board use in
our recycling technology
teachers.
During our project we
had a lot of
consultations and
curricular cooperation
between the teachers.
We had to discuss
different themes and
areas of our work before
the lessons.
The cooperation among
teachers was successful.
Teachers collaborated to
a great extent.

7. HAS YOUR
TEACHING
METHODOLOGY
CHANGED SINCE
YOU BECAME
INVOLVED IN A
EUROPEAN
PROJECT?
Increased use of
technology in
teaching methods, for
example the Kahoot
method.
Yes. I started using team work
more often. It is very useful for
me because I teach languages. I
started integrating digital
technology into the classroom
more often. Students were able
to take part in eTwinning
projects. I didn´t use them
before. I learnt a lot from my
partners. They were very handy
in different PC games for
teaching. I started to use them
as well. I and my students
started using skype for the
communication with our
partners. I Iearnt a lot from the
pedagogical articles about tools
and apps writing by our
partners.
It has changed a lot.
We involve the use of
ICT on a daily basis.
The interaction with
other teachers from
other countries has
definitely broadened
my horizons.
8. DO THESE NEW METHODS INVOLVE MORE
ACTIVE LEARNING? IF YES, IN WHAT WAY?
The "Think-Pair-Share" method allowed
them to activate their prior knowledge
and share ideas on recycling/upcycling.
The use of technology kept students
motivated and interested.
Yes, the increase in the use of
technology also enriches visuality and
also supports active learning.
Via upcycling we raised students'
awareness about the environment.
Yes because students are more
motivated.
Yes since students interact with one
another and with their teachers and
actively participate in the organization
of the teaching - learning procedure
In researches and team work and
problem solving methodology.
9. DID YOU MEET ANY DIFFICULTIES WHEN
INTRODUCING THESE NEW METHODS? IF SO,
PLEASE EXPLAIN
Technology is a matter of being
involved in the new generation. For
this reason, we have experienced no
difficulty.
I was some difficulties at the
beginning. I wasn´t so good at ICT. I
had to work hard. Sometimes I didn´t
know some methods of using ICT
tools. My partners were wonderful
and always helped me. Sometimes
my students knew more than me. But
I tried to get a lot of knowledge.
Nowadays I am good at eTwinning,
Facebook, skype and so on. I can´t
imagine teaching without different
ICT tools and apps.
I was a bit reluctant with the use of
technology but my co-workers
taught me all I needed to know.
NO, students enjoyed all novelties
since learning was a natural result
which was far from any traditional
techniques followed in the past.
10. DID THE STUDENTS RESPOND WELL TO THE NEW
APPROACH? IF SO, PLEASE DESCRIBE IN WHICH
WAYS.
Yes,
technology
helped
students
remember
what they've
learned,
helped
teachers
connect with
students.
Students
gave very
positive
answer to
new
approaches
wanted to
try
something
different. It
was a new
way of
getting
knowledge.
They got
used to
working in
teams, using
ICT tools,
working and
communicati
ng with
people
outside their
borders,
using real
English for
communicati
on,
enriching
their
knowledge
on different
countries,
their
They sure
did. They
were eager
to
participate
in all the
activities
because
especially
the use of
ICT is part of
their
routine.
Yes because
the use of
interesting
apps
motivates
them.
Yes they
were willing
to do
everything
asked from
them and
they had
interesting
ideas
themselves
mostly
concerning
the use of
digital
means in the
teaching
process.
Yes - they
understood
the
importance
of team
solving
problems
Yes, they

PROJECT?
Yes A lot. Yes, much
I enjoyed working on the project a lot. We were a good
team. I learnt a lot from my friends. I got knowledge
about the countries I had never been before. I met
wonderful people. My students have good friends. This
project gave me chance to take part in different seminars,
conferences, study visits, improve my English and now I
am good at using tools and apps. I still have to work hard
and learnt a lot because there are a lot of new things for
me.
Yes, a lot Yes, I did.
12. DO YOU FEEL MORE INVOLVED IN
SCHOOL ACTIVITIES? EXPLAIN.
Yes, extracurricular activities
helped connect with students
and their parents
Project work has led to more
participation in school activities
Nowadays I took part at school
activities more often. I try to
prepare my own activities for our
school (Majales parade, European
Language Day, Recycling
workshops, presentations about
life in different countries for
students and parents, seminars
for parents about new learning
methods). I disseminate the
results of the project. I write
articles to our local newspaper,
organize activities for students
and parents. I and my colleagues
organized 2 exhibitions about the
project (the first one at school
and the second one at the
theatre). I am going to organize
the exhibition at the theatre at
the end of the project. I am very
happy to have worked on this
project.
We further developed our
teamworking skills through this
programme and we are now
more confident and willing to get
involved in school activities such
as upcycling.
13. DO YOU FEEL
MORE
INVOLVED IN
SCHOOL
ACTIVITIES?
EXPLAIN.
No - I was already involved in many kind
of activities - this is the only way it makes
sense to me: to be involved
Yes because I had the chance to cooperate
with my colleagues on the basis of our
Erasmus monthly schedule and take part in
the organization of our school's
presentation for the meeting that took
place here .I was involved in every activity
that took place inside and outside school
so as to help the Erasmus team achieve
the goal set.
No - I have always worked on activities
that went beyond the classroom and
involved students in different ways , Also
regarding the respect and tolerance
towards new traditions and cultures

14. WOULD YOU ENCOURAGE COLLEAGUES TO TAKE
PART IN EUROPEAN PROJECTS IN THE NEAR
FUTURE?
I advise all my colleagues to take
part in projects in Europe
I encourage my colleagues to take
part in European projects. They are
going to try K1 projects. My friend
is going to take part in the
eTwinning project.
Of course we have already
discussed and suggested to other
colleagues to take part to future
projects.
I have always done so... Yes - absolutely
15. ARE YOU
PREPARED TO
TAKE MORE OR
OTHER
RESPONSIBILITIES
FOR IN YOUR
FUTURE
PROJECTS?
We wrote a new project and we are expecting the
result. we are always ready to be in European
Projects
I would like to take part in new projects and be a
good and hardworking partner but I don´t feel an
'ownership' for the project. I still have to learn a lot.
Yes we are ready as we are more confident in
developing similar projects.

21. DID YOU FACE ANY PROBLEMS MANAGING THE
PROJECT AT YOUR SCHOOL? IF YES, HOW ARE THESE
DIFFICULTIES BEING DEALT WITH?
Our the biggest problem
is finding time for
working together. We
have no problems except
this
The only obstacle was
the fact that some
colleagues weren't fluent
English speakers and
that restrained them
from getting involved in
the programme.
A very small number of
teachers is against
European programs but
this number is getting
smaller year by year.
