Education organization management system will be a complete solution for managing
education organization system. For accountant, examiner, computer operator and principal
etc. it will be accessible in their own offices from different computers. And this web based
application will be installed on server computer. Reporting will be created for each and
every data with different respects. This application covers the following module:
1. User groups : Administrators, teachers, students and parents
2. Registeration : Administrator must approve registerations of teachers, students or
parents
3. Private messages : simple way to communicate with other users by messages
4. Academic Years (NEW) : Manage students by academic years and track their progress
over years
5. Promotion (NEW) : Control students promotion and track past data of promoted
students
6. Mail / SMS : Administrators can send e-mail or SMS to teachers, students or parents
7. NewsBoard : Publish school news on board
8. Events : Publish scheduled events
9. Calender : List events, news, exams and online exams on calender
10.Hostel : Manage hostel and their relation to students
11.Attendance : Track attendance of students
12.Teachers Attendance (NEW) : Track attendance of teachers
13.Vacation (NEW): Tecahers / Students can apply their vacations requests
