“Mr Atul Bindal” for “10% MARKET PENETRATION-NET ADDs MONTH ON MONTH ON CLOSINGBASE IN
ZONE - 4 FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS” in last quarter.
In addition to that I had been selected by CEO-Airtel for the TASK FORCE which is directly reporting into him for
Employee Engagement Programs & to understand the core issues and concerns so we can Create and foster an
environment where everyone should be psychologically committed and are deeply involved at work.
Working with the HR, EC team and CEO to bring issues to a closure for Business Excellence.
In my last assignment with Sify I got Awarded by the Sify’s Vice President & DGM - Thrice as “Regional Topper”
and once as “National Topper” for exceeding Annual Revenue Budgeted target & Aquasition achievement among
the entire Sify Team.
Among my other achievements are successful negotiations of ‘right-of-way’ agreements with Corporate Clients and leading IT-
Hardware/Software vendors; and being a core team member in taking communications projects right from their inception to the
‘live’ phase.
