5. Training
The aim of this programme is to empower the South African Youth both employed and unemployed to
acquire skills in various IT Programme, so that they will be empowered to be entrepreneur and self reliance,
especially the unemployed youth. We believe that after they have been trained and empowered they will
be able to start their own businesses and be self independent and it will also help reducing unemployment
and poverty alleviation in our society. The motive here it is not only growing our company but helping our
government with job creation which will provide stable jobs outside and inside our communities.
“The value of certification is not just in a piece of paper, it is in the way it changes lives.
Certification validates computing excellence, in depth knowledge and real world skills. It
differentiates and elevates the individual from the crowd”.
Merging up our business with REMComm they have training accreditation with IT institutions this
makes it easy to provide training and skills with them, printer training skills to be provided
because there is a shortage for these skills in ICT sector.
Most companies are retrenching and they not offering permanent positions that’s why job creation is being
one of the biggest problems in our country. As citizens of this country we feel like we can’t just watch and be
helpless about this situations people need to start thinking positively give ideas to our government to save
our nation and democracy. We all wanted freedom and democracy that’s what we have now; we have to
sustain and maintain it generation to generation. People are waiting for the government to provide
everything they promised before elections, millions jobs, housing good service delivery as promised they
need to be there, and government won’t be able to do that by itself.
Growing or expanding our business simply means we have to create jobs and provide skills. What we
actually requesting from our government is to be given a chance, by so doing all the doors will be open and
we can help one another. We have about nine provinces in our country we proposing that if we can be given
a chance to render our services in government sectors provincially or nationally supplying consumables
printer and computer repairs we in return we can train certain percentage of people each and every
province provide skills and stable jobs depending on shortage for those skills in that particular provinces.
Across the country the is a shortage of printer technicians skills more than desktop technicians, what we
trying to do is to have balance between printer and computer technician, some people they don’t know how
important it is to know how to repair a printer even an IT graduate student doesn’t know how to repair it
because you cannot get this skills from any particular varsity or college.
