Filming at: My House
Possible Hazards: Dog
Risk: Level of Risk
My dog could eat the chocolate I am using while filming.
The risk level is approximately 7/10.
Solutions:
Make sure I never leave the set with the chocolate in an easy-to-
get position for the dog. As I am filming on the floor I will have to
make sure I always know the whereabouts of my dog, so he can
never come over to the chocolate. Alternatively, I could put him in
another room for the duration of filming.

Risk: Tripping/ Falling over Level of Risk
This risk is relatively low as I will try and keep an eye on all of the
things on my set. There are many things on the set that I could trip
on, such as props, the tripod and the table I will be moving into a
new position.
4/10
Solutions: Keep all things on set organized at all time.
