BAR LOUIE COMING TO CYPRESS EQUITIES’ WEST 7TH DEVELOPMENT
FORT WORTH, Texas (October 18, 2011) – Cypress Equities companies* (“Cypress”)
announced today that Bar Louie has signed on as the newest merchant at West 7th, the popular
Fort Worth mixed-use development.
Awarded "Concept of Tomorrow" by Restaurant Hospitality Magazine, Bar Louie is a casual
neighborhood placethatfeatures warm, upbeat surroundings with contemporary photography,
mosaic tiling, wood-paneled walls and modern lighting. Specializing in modern food and
handcrafted signature cocktails, it offers an extensive selection of appetizers, sandwiches and
entrees made in their scratch kitchen, plus a wide assortment of martinis, microbrews and wines
by the glass or bottle.

that owns and operates Bar Louie. “The new West 7th location, which will also showcase a

Bar Louie will occupy the 6,503-square-feet restaurant site at the southeast corner of West 7th
Street and Norwood Street. The opening is anticipated in the winter of 2011.
