WOMEN’S FASHION RETAILER TO OPEN AT WEST 7TH
FORT WORTH, Texas (October 3, 2011) – Cypress Equities’ West 7th announced today that
Peruvian Atelier, a specialty women’s apparel shop, has signed a lease to operate at the
popular Fort Worth mixed-use development.
Peruvian Atelier produces and retails women’s apparel featuring native Peruvian alpaca and
pima cotton fibers. The merchandise selection includes coats, jackets, dresses, skirts, pants,
sweaters, blouses, tees and knits, plus accessories and a selection of home décor elements.
“We aim to provide our customers with innovatively designed and competitively priced
collections that are rich in textures and sophistication,” stated Gerardo Castagnet, founder of
Peruvian Atelier.
The 2,357-square-foot shop will be located between Flirt Boutique and the soon-to-open
Keena’s on the north side of Crockett Street, one block south of West 7th Street. A late 2011
opening is anticipated.
“Peruvian Atelier is a wonderful addition to West 7th as we continue to increase the fashion
offerings at the property,” Michael Wheat, executive vice president, director of leasing for West
7th stated. “This unique blend of women’s apparel will complement the existing fashion lineup
and provide even greater options for our frequent shoppers.”
Rodger Chieffalo of Chieffalo Realty and Michael Miller and Carey Shagets of SRS Urban
represented the landlord during lease negotiations.
West 7th is a strategic blend of pedestrian-friendly urban elements positioned in a mixed-use
