• Refers to the funding or money that supports the expenses on
carrying out activities for development

• Refer to the structure of the services and resources dedicated for
development

• Is an ICT facility that can be handle in financial transactions online benefits
the recipient of the development
• E-health
• Is an ICT facility that provides health services.
• It may include online health transactions such as diagnoses, laboratory
results, and health record maintenance.
• E-culture
• Is a facility of ICT to promote the customs of an ethnic group or local citizens.
• Furthermore, local food, religion, and traditions are part of this parameter

• Refers to the facility of ICT to educate individuals in the methods

• Today, almost everyone is connected to one another in a variety of ways
• First is by using mobile phones via short messaging system (SMS) or text
message
• Another is by using mobile phone via calls and multimedia messaging
system (MMS)

connect via social media and messaging system.
• Social media has also been used to express vigilance and expose the
wrong doings of people in authority.

DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP • Today, almost everyone is connected to one another in a variety of ways • First is by using mobile phones via short messaging system (SMS) or text message • Another is by using mobile phone via calls and multimedia messaging system (MMS) • Last is by using computers and mobile phones to access the Internet and connect via social media and messaging system. • Social media has also been used to express vigilance and expose the wrong doings of people in authority.

  • 17. ENGAGE POSITIVELY •Respect the rights of other to participate and have an opinion •Ask before tagging other people or posting photos •Report offensive or illegal content •Stand up and speak out about cyberbullying- protect your friends

KNOW YOUR ONLINE WORLD •Learn how new skills will help you explore the online world •Recognize online risks and how to manage them •Look out for suspicious emails and scams •Use secure websites for financial and retail service •Keep password secret, atrong and unique •Know how to report bullying behaviour on social media sites

CHOOSE CONCIOUSLY •Choose privacy and security settings carefully and check them regularly •Choose friends wisely only not everybody online is who they claim to be, regularly review your connection and remove people •If you have made a mistake apologize and take down offensive material as soon as possible •Ask for permission before uploading pictures of your friends
