2. Communication is fundamental part of leading and controlling with the
later more focussed on written communication methods. The phrase that
communication is the blood of an organization is true in all forms and thus can
be stated that for any organization to be successful, it is mandatory to establish
proper communication methods.
Nowadays, when, both the complexity of tender and tenderers as well
as volume and structure needs are growing at a fast pace, for the manufacturer
is very important to communicate the necessary information to
potential customers, to know
the advantages offered by his
products, and on the other
hand, to receive their reactions,
which are sources of
information for his future work.
COMMUNICATION, NOWADAYS:
3. Communication methods can lead to success or failure of a
business. Permanent communication between tenderers and consumers,
which usually are separated spatially and temporarily, is a necessity,
because an accurate and timely information, stimulate the request directs
it to certain products and influence rational consumption, causing changes
in mindsets and attitudes of potential buyers, which will be reflected in the
increased volume of goods sold, as sole purpose of the manufacturer.
Business Industries depend heavily on major management
functions like planning, organizing, leading and controlling. These kinds of
functions require the managers to practice expert communication
methods. Thus to achieve all these steps of managerial functions, a
managed and proper communication process flow along with details have
to be established.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:
4. Communication acts as a major decision-making factor in many
organizational policies. Without the complete information or knowledge
there is no point in making decisions. Such decisions always fail and
hence communication methods act as source of credible information to
make strategic decisions. The information collected will help identify the
problem, its resolution and alternative action courses.
5. Communication plays a part in almost every aspect of your
business, so being able to communicate well can boost your overall
performance. Good communication is essential to building a cohesive and
effective team. Good communication skills are essential to managing the
performance of your team members, and if you know how to communicate
well to large groups you can minimise the risk of industrial problems
developing in your workplace. Communication skills can be particularly
important during times of higher workplace stress, for example during
downsizing, where good communication is an essential part of change
management. You also need to communicate well to build and maintain
effective relationships with your suppliers and clients. Communication skills
are crucial to dealing with customer complaints effectively and limiting any
negative word-of-mouth about your business. You can draw on
communication skills when you assess the effectiveness of your marketing
campaigns.
6. As a final note, man requires to communicate as the basic
essence of survival. It is impossible for an individual to survive in the
business industry without proper communication. Thus communication
also leads to socialising nature in the members of a team. Socialising
between team members will increase team interactions and boost
productivity.
