Introduction
Di erent people will attract di erent people. Simply stated. Your friends will be di erent from your spouse’s
friends. at being said, make sure that your friends respect your spouse and respect your relationship and/or
marriage. It is easy to be comfortable with someone who you may have known before you were married but
your level of comfort should never make your spouse feel uncomfortable. Set boundaries that will allow you to
maintain an appropriate level of friendship and in addition, understand that some people may still need to be
cut o as you progress into this new season in your lives together.

Challenge
Touchy subject here. First, use the timer for a 3 minute take on the subject from both people taking turns. Re-
member to honor the time and allow your mate to go once it’s their turn. If either has a friend of the opposite
sex, give your mate the story behind it, again using the timer without interruption. Set boundaries and guide-
lines to maintaining your friendships and make sure you stick to it.
