Objectives:
1. Students will be able to arrange actions into their powerpoint in an effective manner to
create a trivia powerpoint.
2. Students will be able to set up their powerpoint to include action buttons that will allow
the user to complete the trivia challenge.
3. Students will be able to identify effective action button strategies.
Assessments:
1. I will assess the students on their ability to arrange action buttons by the completion of
their Trivia powerpoint.
2. I will assess the students on their ability to set up action button techniques by the
completion of their powerpoint.
3. I will assess the students on their ability to identify effective action button strategies by
the variation of buttons displayed in their powerpoint.
Rationale:
This lesson will give the student another element in powerpoint to utilize in the future.
This lesson is one in which many of the students did not know of prior to the lecture. This
will give the students the opportunity to use this knowledge to create games or just to
simply link information that is important in a given powerpoint. After this lesson the
students will have a much better grasp of the powerpoint software.
