- 5. 3. How to tackle Anger
* Avoid immediate counter attack in anger and keep a
little distance from Anger as follows:
1. Patience: Take a deep breath before your actions (mental, verbal &
physical) to prevent your anger from linking to your motivations.
2. Sympathy: Say, “Pity on you!” or “Mercy on you!” in your mind (to
your enemy). These are miracle words to calm down your irritated
mind immediately.
3. Tolerance: Say, “It’s nothing!” or “It doesn’t matter much!” in your
mind and ask yourself, “What use?” to get angry. These are miracle
words not to care for a small trouble and to be tolerant.
4. Forgiveness: Consider your anger as real enemy and forgive your
enemy (Sinner). Don’t forgive Sin.
* We can master Patience, Sympathy, Tolerance and Forgiveness through our enemies only.
