6. Cemetery matters:
a. To receive the cemetery report
b. To discuss the donation of a tree to be planted along the Shivean Gate side
of cemetery
c. To discuss the rotation of a bench in the cemetery (cost if any to be
covered by parishioner)

a. To receive the Highway’s report
8. Planning matters:
a. To receive the planning report
9. Correspondence:
a. General correspondence for inspection at the meeting
b. To consider the request by local fish & chip van ‘The Village Fryer’ to
service Moulton Chapel

a. To receive the Police report
12. Moulton Seas End Ward:
a. To co-opt Mrs Marina Hill onto the Parish Council as a Ward member.

included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas.
Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an opportunity for
debate or decision making
14. To confirm the date of the next meeting, provisionally scheduled for 2nd
October 2012
15. To resolve whether to exclude the public, press and police for consideration of
the following confidential staffing, holding and legal matters.
Should this resolution be passed, members of the public, police and press
will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.

with the Crown Estate Rent Review
17. To consider quotes for repairs to Holdings following Holdings & Allotment
Inspection.
18. To undertake a review of the clerk’s hours and expenses
19. To consider the letter from R Longstaff Co & Roythornes in connection with
St John’s College
20. To analyse and authorise payment of supplier Invoice relating to work
completed
21. To agree the response of the Council to the letter received from Moulton
Community Association in connection with the forming of a Limited Company.
