The UK works the 3 rd longest hours in Europe – behind Austria and Greece 42.7 hours More than 4 million work more than 48 hours a week. 1 in 6 work 60 hours or more and over 5 million work 7 hours unpaid overtime.
Work life is now blurred due to smartphones, tablets and the ‘always on’ 1 in 3 suffer from poor physcological health
