is important for developing self-confidence and
a sense of comfort and satisfaction with yourself.
It helps in crafting an image of yourself. The way
you dress and project yourself is a way of
communicating your personality, values and
lifestyle to the world around you.

3. So how exactly do you discover your clothing
personality?Tips

get
you
started:
 Get to know yourself—An important aspect of
dressing and style is self-awareness.
 Look for some inspiration— Observe the clothing
choices and combinations she makes and try to
incorporate them in your wardrobe.
 Give away items that are “not you”
 Know your body—You can make clothing choices
that will enhance and complement your shape.

4.  Shop solo - This will let you make
independent choices toward the goal of
dressing in a manner that reflects the
image you want for yourself, not by the
standards and expectations of others.
 Find your signature piece or look—One
should consider it a compliment when
people see a piece and exclaim, “It‟s so
you!”
 Play dress up— Challenge yourself by
putting together outfits you normally
would not wear. Mix and match to see
which combinations you feel most
comfortable in.

worry too much about high fashion. You tend
to carry the same handbag for a long time,

handbags. You're more likely than not to be over 40.

of a beloved item of clothing, handbag, or shoe that
has worn out. And you frequently keep your fashion
accessories and clothing until they are worn, just
because much of what you buy does not go out of
style. Although you won't be the flashiest person in a
room, you will always look good.

stores.


Trendy describes your style perfectly. You prefer the
latest, most up-to-date fashion available. You often find
yourself looking for fashion you've seen in a magazine
before it even arrives in the stores. You're more likely
than not to be under 40.

29. 6. Eclectic Personality - Mixing different styles in one. Usually
creative people. Likes to contrast various styles.
 Eclectic Clothing Personality signals that your style is
creative, colorful and bit bold. You like to mix different
styles in one, making richly contrasting outfits. For
example, abstract graphics and strong colors such as
emerald green, hot pink, electric blue, etc. You make your
own fashion rules.

30. Styles of Eclectic
Your Eclectic clothing personality is often
referred to Indie style which means
„independent‟. It often overlaps with Trendy. A
hint of Drama is most often present in your
style because of its bold and angular flair.

pieces and hippie vibe.

hippie (wide leg pants, retro prints, etc.), quirky and kitchy
cool classification. Bohemian clothing style usually overlaps
with Romantic and Eclectic, but with 'pure' boho consisting
more of casual and ethnic elements.
