Indian Oil Corp said all units at its 274,000 barrels per day (bpd) Koyali refinery in western Gujarat are running normally except the 44,000 bpd
crudedistillationunit(CDU),whereaminorfireoccurred duringaplannedmaintenanceshutdown."Therehasbeennofatality;howeverthereare
five cases of injuries to employees of Gujarat Refinery," the company said in a statement issued. IOC, the country's biggest refiner, had shut the
44,000 bpdcrudeunit2-3daysagoforroutinemaintenance,acompanysourcesaid,addingtheshutdownwilllastforabout25days.
Technical Outlook : The Stock has given breakdown of bearish flag pattern at 393 levels. On daily chart, prices have been gap down opening
with positive volumes which support our bearish view in the stock. In addition, the momentum indicator RSI has remained below 40 levels
which give negative conformation to the prices. So for trading prospective, one could short in the range of 378-381 for the target of 372-366
levels.
As part of its effort to expand its footprint as well as revenues in diabetes segment, Mumbai-based generics drug player
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited today announced the launch of generic Teneligliptin, a new third-generation oral anti-diabetic
drug, at a substantially lower price compared to other Gliptins available in India. Only 1.05 million out of the 65 million diabetic
patients in India use Gliptins as they are relatively expensive costing Rs 15,000-Rs 16,000 a year of treatment while Glenmark
thinks the lower price would encourage more patients to adopt this safer and effective treatment to manage Type-2 diabetes.
Technical Outlook : The stock has been taking support of horizontal trend line support at 1100. Stock has taken support of 50% Fibonacci
retracement at 1094.50 levels from the 1262.60 to 926 levels. On the other hand momentum indicator RSI has trading above 40 levels on
hourlychart.Sofortradingprospective,onecouldBuyintherangeof1110-1124 forthetargetof1140-1155 levels.
