disbursing officers will digitally upload a bill for payment to the treasury office concerned. The treasury officer will digitally authorize the bill and

minutes, all accounts relating to salary or vendor payments will be credited to respective payees’ accounts of all banks wherever they are

Godrej Industries’ subsidiary Godrej Agrovet (GAVL) has bought additional stake of 25% in Creamline Dairy Products, one of South India’s largest
dairy producers selling their products under the brand name ‘Creamline’ for Rs 150 crore. Prior to this acquisition, GAVL was holding 26% stake in
this company. Following thisdeal,GAVL would bea majority shareholder in Creamline with 51% stake. Through thisacquisition, GAVLhas entered
intodairysectorfull-fledged.
Technical Outlook : On hourly chart, stock has been trading in a Broadening Rising Wedge pattern and currently stock is trading near to its lower
