TECHNICALLY:
On weekly chart, Nifty looks good as it has been continuously trading with its strong support of 100
week moving average which is placed at 7780 level. Moreover, downside Nifty has strong support at
7600 level which is 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level of its previous bull run from 5118 to 9119 level. A
momentum indicator, Weekly RSI is trading near to its strong support of 35 marks from where it gave
good upside movement in past, so same identical movement can be seen in coming days, based on
which Nifty could move towards 9100 level.
BETTER DAYS AHEAD FOR INDIAN EQUITY BENCHMARKS
Indian equity benchmarks have declined around 10% over the past two months amid global as well as
domestic concerns. On global front, investors are more concerned over the prevailing slowdown in
China as well as US Fed rate hike. In our view, while India is not immune to a potential slowdown in
China, it is least exposed among most of the EM given its less dependence on exports. Clear mandate of
new government improved sentiments and domestic benchmarks witnessed a strong rally in 2014.
Meanwhile, sluggish improvement in earnings as well as slow recovery in economic conditions has
checked rally and brought market into consolidation phase. Going forward, we are optimistic on
earnings recovery in 2H FY16 and FY17 as 1) fiscal policy is beginning to turn supportive (25% y/y
increase in public capex budgeted for FY16); 2) the passing through of weak commodity prices to end-
consumers is likely to aid the consumption recovery and improve corporate margins; and 3) easing
inflation and interest rate scenario to boost demand in economy.

3. Muhurat Pick
On weekly chart, stock has been trading in a “Rising Wedge” formation
since May-14. Besides, stock is trading near to its lower band of formation
from where upside movement is expected upto its upper band which is
placed at 475 level.
On weekly chart, stock has also witnessed “Positive Crossover” of 21*50
week moving average, which is a bullish crossover and indicating that
short to medium term trend is up.
On monthly chart, stock has formed “Spinning Top Candlestick” and
recently stock is trading above high of spinning top, which is bullish
reversal sign and indicates that further upside movement can be seen
from present level.
Apart from this, the stock showed steep correction from its all-time high
which is placed at 465.90 levels, however the fall in price was halted at
367.55 level which is 61.80% Fibonacci Retracement level of its previous
bull run from 306.75 to 465.90 level, which shows that correction is over
and now upside movement can be seen from present level.
If we look closely on daily chart, stock has given breakout of its
“Consolidation Range” with good volume activity.
A momentum indicator RSI has been trading in a “Symmetrical Triangle”
formation since August-2013, and at this level, it is trading near to its
lower arm of formation from where bounce is expected.

On daily chart, the stock has completed a “Bullish Bat
Harmonic” pattern at 200.20 levels the coordinates of which are
as follows:
Technical Parameter: XA of the leg from 166.15 to 387.30, AB of
the leg completed at 288.90 (i.e.38.20% of XA leg.), BC of the leg
completed at 381.80 (i.e. near 88.60% of AB leg), CD of the leg
completed at 200.20 levels. (i.e. 88.60% of XA and 200% of BC
leg).
Apart from this, the stock showed healthy correction from its all-
time high which is placed at 387.45 levels, however the fall in
price was halted at 222 level which is 61.80% Fibonacci
Retracement level of its previous bull run from 119.70 to 387.45
level, which shows that correction has been over and now
upside movement can be seen from present level.
Beside, stock has given good bounce back with the support of its
200 Week Moving average which is placed at 210, shows that
long term trend is up.
Moreover, we have also witnessed “Bullish AB=CD Harmonic”
pattern on RSI which is completed at 27.10 levels.

Looking at the technical structure, it is evident that the stock has
completed a “Bullish White Swan” harmonic pattern on the weekly
chart, the co-ordinates of which are as follows:
Technical Parameter: XA of the leg from 34.50 to 125.70, AB of the leg
completed at 61.60 (i.e.70.7% of XA leg.), BC of the leg completed at
206.80 (i.e. near 224% of AB leg), CD of the leg completed at 101.20
levels. (i.e. 70.7% of BC leg).
Besides, stock has been trading in a “Higher Top Higher Bottom”
formation since last one year, where recently it has taken support of
its lower band of formation and gave good upside movement. So
according to characteristic of higher top higher bottom formation,
stock is heading toward its upper band which is placed at 190 levels.
On daily chart, stock has given breakout of its “Consolidation Range”
with above average volume, in which it had been trading for more
than eight weeks.
Apart from this, stock has been continuously trading with its strong
support of 200 week moving average support which is placed at 110
level, this shows that the long term trend is up.
Moreover, momentum indictor RSI has shown breakout of its
consolidation formation at 55 levels which is supporting our bullish
view on the stock.

On weekly chart, stock has given breakout of its “Flag
Pattern” with above average volume, which is usually a
continuation pattern of contemporary trend.
Furthermore, on weekly chart, stock has also witnessed
“Positive Crossover” of 21*50 week moving average,
which is a bullish crossover and indicating that short to
medium trend is up.
Apart from this, the stock showed healthy correction from
its all-time high which is placed at 252.70 levels, however
the fall in price was halted at 176.70 level which is 50.00%
Fibonacci Retracement level of its previous bull run from
100.70 to 252.70 level, which shows that correction has
been over and now upside movement can be resumed
from the present level.
A momentum indicator RSI has also given breakout of its
upper band of “Down Ward Falling Channel”, which point
out for positive breath in the stock.

Moreover, on monthly chart, stock has taken support
of its multiple support line which is placed at 117 level,
and gave good bounce back with high volume activity,
which shows that further upside movement can be
seen from present levels.
A momentum indicator RSI has also witnessed positive
crossover and reading is above 40 marks, which point
out for positive breath in the stock.
